The only thing people can’t control are your thoughts. What you choose to think is your own prerogative. They might influence you, even try to manipulate you with their own agenda but in the end it is your call. What you decide to believe, taken on after what you have heard, seen, read, been told is just that your own decision. You are only ever free in your mind.
